Welcome to our Update Service Program 3.0

No doubt you will have noticed that we have just launched the 3rd generation of our REVIVE. With our USP 3.0, this is not only a reason for joy for all new buyers, but also for all original buyers who already own a REVIVE 1.0 or 2.0.

The USP 3.0 offers those who have already purchased a REVIVE 1.0 or 2.0 the opportunity to upgrade their REVIVE to the latest generation 3.0 as part of a regular service at one of our official service centers.

It doesn't matter where and when you bought the seatpost. Every original purchaser can now register for this update program until 30. June 2024.

What does that mean in concrete terms?

In concrete terms, this means that you only have to pay the regular service rate of the corresponding service center, and all parts that are required to update your REVIVE to the latest 3rd generation are free of charge.

Note:
Your post needs to be complete and in a proper working condition. Missing or defective or not-reusable parts will  be charged separately, according to the service center's rates and are not part of the USP.

Which parts are replaced free of charge?

One piece upper tube unit 2.0/3.0 + Microvalve 

In case your post is an older pre-2.0 generation post, you will get the 3d forged one-piece upper tube update.
The hydraulics will be fitted with the Microvalve, should your posts does not already feature it.

New upper and lower saddle clamp 3.0

The new saddle clamps reduce the stack height by 5mm from 42mm to 37mm.

New foot unit ( actuator)

Like the old one, the new foot can be rotated 360° and shortens the overall length of the post by an additional 10 mm, allowing the seatpost to be inserted deeper into the frame.

For easier installation, also a new cable barrel is used, which no longer needs to be clamped but can simply be hooked onto the cable.
