FAQ - REVIVE
Yes, the REVIVE is approved for a rider weight (including equipment) up to 115kg.
Basically, any remote where the cable can be clamped directly to the lever will work. To guarantee full extension speed and smooth dropping, the lever should have at least 10 mm cable pull.
All our seatposts are compatible with round 7x7mm and high-oval 7x9mm or 7x10mm seat rails.
The reset function only needs to be used if the seatpost sags more than 3 mm under load.
For the reset, please just follow the exact steps in the following video, s. here.
- use Allen key and open the reset valve
- slowly drop the seatpost while the reset valve is still open
- release the reset valve
- extend the dropper by the remote (do not extend using the reset valve)
Lifting the bike on the saddle usually isn't a problem. If the seatpost sags more than 3mm under load afterwards, this can be solved with a quick-reset.
Note: As the weight is held by the seals, this can lead to increased wear of the o-rings.

Litter vertical play of 1-3 mm is normal and nothing to worry about.
Our seat posts can easily be converted from 30.9 to 31.6 (or vice versa). Conversion to 34.9mm is not possible.
